Progress observations, with clear limits.
A photographic visit is not a structural inspection, professional certification or approval to release a payment. For a professional assessment, the provider must identify the appropriately qualified person attending and the exact questions they will assess. A request does not mean a build has been verified.
Concealed or inaccessible work cannot be verified from photographs. The report will make those gaps clear.

How much will it cost?
Providers quote for the site location, travel, agreed checks and reporting work. Compare the total cost and scope before choosing a provider. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
Can I request a visit anywhere in Kenya?
Yes. Requests are accepted from all 47 counties. Proposals depend on suitable provider availability; travel can affect price and scheduling. Five is a maximum, not a guarantee of five responses.
Do I need to arrange site access?
Agree permission and access arrangements with your chosen provider before booking. You don’t need to share an exact pin or your contractor’s contact details in this first form.
How quickly will I receive my report?
Each provider should state report turnaround in their proposal. Agree the delivery date before booking. Your preferred visit date is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Who is the report for?
The report is prepared for you, the homeowner. Agree private delivery with the chosen provider; it is not published to the community or automatically shared with your building contractor.
